Artemis Fowl: Guide to the World of Fairies is a companion book by Andrew Dokin. The book serves as companion to the Artemis Fowl Series.

The book was released on April 14, 2020.

Blurb[]

This beautifully illustrated novel is a compendium of Artemis Fowl's knowledge gleaned from The Book of the People and from his encounters with magical creatures and the LEP. Compiling notes from the sacred fairy tome and Artemis's eventual plans to take down the LEP forces that stand in the way of his ultimate goal, Artemis Fowl's Guide to the World of Fairies is a must-have for fans who are itching to dig deeper into the world of Artemis Fowl.

Development[]

On January 21, the book was announced by Eoin Colfer, alongside a few other project involving the main series contributor.

Trivia[]

The book is said to be edited in-universe by Nord Diggums, who is a cousin of Mulch Diggums. Furthermore, although released in advance of the Artemis Fowl film, the material described within it seems to reflect the continuity of the novels, including references to Holly Short being kidnapped for fairy gold rather than as a ploy to obtain the Aculos, and Domovoi Butler being referred to consistently as "Butler," rather than "Domovoi."
